Terms & Conditions: "Tame your Devices & Win a Family Zoo Adventure!" Competition
1. Eligibility:
This competition is open to all residents of Australia except for employees of Insentra and their immediate families.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Competition Period:
The competition will run from 4th June 2024 at 10 am to 26th June at 11:59pm.
3. How to Enter:
Book a consultation with Insentra’s Managed Service Teams to discuss your Microsoft Intune needs. You can book a consultation by clicking on this link.
Attend the booked consultation.
4. Selection of Winner:
The winner will be chosen at random from all qualified consultations booked during the competition period.
A qualified consultation is defined as a consultation where the entrant:
- Books a consultation within the competition period.
- Attends the booked consultation.
5. The Prize:
One winner will be awarded a family annual zoo pass valued at $250.
The specific zoo and pass details will be determined by Insentra and communicated to the winner.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
6. Notification of Winner:
The winner will be notified by email by 28th June 2024.
The winner will be required to provide their full name, contact information, and confirmation of eligibility.
If the winner does not respond to the notification email within 5 business days, a new winner will be selected at random.
7. General:
By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Insentra reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any decisions made by Insentra regarding the competition will be final and binding on all entrants.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform on which it is promoted.
8. Data Protection:
Any personal data collected during this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and awarding the prize.
All personal data will be stored securely and in accordance with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
Entrants have the right to access and update their personal data at any time.
9. Disclaimer:
Insentra is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of the winner’s use of the prize.
