WHAT YOU’LL LOVE DOING
Our Professional Services Team is fast-paced, nimble and stands for excellence. You will be a vital part of this team. This role is for someone who loves variety and is passionate about growing a career as a world-class consultant. You will be responsible for presales, delivery and assisting with the continued growth of our US practice. Your main responsibilities include:
- Technical leadership and delivery of end-to-end Microsoft projects
- Delivery and technical architecture for Microsoft Modern Workplace services
- Working remotely to deliver projects for our clients.
- Demonstrate leadership in a project from start to finish. From managing customers timelines, adoption, track usage and building relationships.
- Documentation including scopes of work, design documents, as-built documents etc.
- Owning customer success.
- Assisting with the development, enhancement, and documentation of Insentra methodologies for Microsoft 365 and Azure projects.
- Mentoring, supporting, and developing Insentra consultants.
- Work closely with our partners to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s Migration and 365 Management efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals in Australia, UK, and USA.

EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES
- 10+ years of Microsoft experience including IT service delivery
- Professional services experience and/or specific relevant experience related to IT project-based work or managing complex IT projects
- Architect level skills in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft security offerings including:
- Intune
- Microsoft Defender
- Autopilot
- Azure security services
- Hybrid Azure AD Join
- Conditional Access
- App packaging & deployment
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services including:
- Group Policy
- AD Upgrades
- AD Migrations
- Expert knowledge of authentication mechanisms including Azure AD, ADFS, SSO and Modern Authentication
- Working knowledge of the features and security components of Windows desktop operating systems
- Relevant experience as a technical engineer and subject matter expert in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies
- Relevant MCSE / MCSA certifications
- Presales experience and extensive knowledge in writing SOWs (Statement of Work)
