With a background in psychology and a solid foundation in technical support, Joshua brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and client empathy to his role as a Service Desk Engineer. His career began at Verizon where he delivered frontline support before progressing to an internal help desk role. He later expanded his technical capability at ATOS as a Level 2 Global Service Desk Engineer and further strengthened his skills during three years at Amkor as a Service Desk Engineer.

Joshua is passionate about creating positive end user experiences and thrives in environments where teamwork, communication and service excellence are top priorities.


Outside work he enjoys basketball, cooking and online gaming, often sharing these activities with his family.
