Key Insight - Leads the UK Service Desk shift and provides intermediate to advanced technical support for Insentra crew, partners and clients.
John Paul aka (JP) oversees Service Desk operations during UK hours, ensuring smooth delivery and consistent service quality. As an escalation point and mentor he supports the team in resolving issues that require intermediate to advanced troubleshooting. His expertise covers M365, virtualization, storage, server infrastructure, desktop management, Active Directory, Azure AD and Citrix environments. Since joining Insentra in 2020 he has progressed to Service Desk Engineer II and UK Shift Lead through dedication and strong technical performance.

Outside work JP enjoys watching films and series, cooking and taking road trips with a particular passion for beach destinations.
