Gwendolyn began her career in civil engineering where she spent five years managing projects from planning through to completion. During the pandemic she transitioned into the IT industry and developed strong technical capability through nearly three years at Accenture as a Cloud Application Analyst. She now applies her analytical mindset and structured approach to support operational excellence at Insentra.

Her blend of engineering discipline and cloud experience enables her to troubleshoot complex issues while providing a calm and positive support experience.

Outside work she enjoys helping with her family canteen, exploring new food destinations and challenging herself with jigsaw and 3D puzzles.
