Emmanuel has worked in the IT industry since 2015. As a service desk engineer, he responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users. I also play a critical role in ensuring that users can perform their jobs effectively by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. I possess excellent communication skills and can explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner. I also have strong problem-solving skills.
