Insentra’s crew are empathetic, caring, and supportive. We are deliberate and self-reflective about the kind of crew and culture that we are building, seeking innovators who are not only strong in their own aptitudes but care deeply about supporting each other’s growth
From Insentra’s inception, Diversity & Inclusion have always been key to our success. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, and our crew are people with different strengths, experiences, and backgrounds, who share a passion for improving the status quo. Diversity not only includes race and gender identity, but also age, disability status, status, sexual orientation, religion, and many other parts of one’s identity. All our crew’s points of view are key to our success, and inclusion is everyone’s responsibility.
FLEXIBILITY
Flexibility is key to our success. That flexibility includes recognising the importance of living life outside of your job. We believe that innovation can happen anywhere, and our flexible work environment means that you choose where you work where possible. We trust our crew to be accountable for their work and set their own schedules taking our client’s needs into consideration. We collaborate and celebrate cross time zones because no matter your geographic location, your success is Insentra’s success.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Professional services or IT consulting experience. With a minimum of 5 years as a project manager, you have proven experience delivering projects in a consulting or professional services environment, where strong prioritisation is essential and you’re comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across customers, partners, delivery teams, vendors, and senior leadership
- Strong delivery discipline and governance. You’re process‑driven, diligent, and methodical, bringing a consistent and structured approach to planning, delivery, reporting, and close‑out. You love structure, sweat the details, and follow issues through to resolution
- Commercial mindset. You bring commercial acumen, understanding how scope, effort, change control, and risk impact outcomes for both the customer and the business. You’re comfortable managing budgets, forecasting, variations, and knowing when to escalate commercial risk
- Clear, confident communicator. You’re articulate, communicating clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing. You can translate technical or delivery issues into plain English updates for senior stakeholders (including C‑level), and you produce quality project artefacts such as status reports, RAID logs, and steering committee updates
- Governance, negotiation, and conflict resolution. You have experience protecting the project from ambiguity while holding stakeholders to agreed outcomes. You’re confident negotiating, resolving conflict early, navigating difficult conversations, and balancing client satisfaction with delivery and commercial realities
- Confident and experienced with Waterfall project management methods. Agile experience would be a bonus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects for different clients concurrently
- Experience delivering IT infrastructure implementations (e.g. cloud transformations, end‑user computing, identity, networking, security initiatives)
