What are you passionate about in life?

Firstly, I am truly passionate about my country and the opportunity we as Americans have to change the world for good, both on a global scale and at home. I truly believe I come from a nation of great people who are meant to make a profound impact on their local community and their clients in their home lives and workplaces respectively. This impact must happen with leadership.

I have been a well-known advocate for Steve Faber’s The Radical LEAP (Love, Audacity, Energy, and Proof) principles and I enjoy educating others on how these principles can elevate individuals regardless of their title. At Insentra we are a firm believer everyone is a leader and it is this reason we deliver outstanding results for our Partners and their clients.  I also love my Dogs!

What are your hobbies?

I find great enjoyment in staying informed and, up to date on what’s happening in the world.  Other than that, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and chilling out driving Razors in the desert.

In two sentences describe the value you provide

We help Partners grow their own business by delivering more value to their customers.  As a Partner (be it a Value Added Reseller, Managed Services Provider, Vendor or Distributor) what if you could create more financial stability and growth for your organization simply by doing the right thing for your client?  That may sound like a basic concept but the industry isn’t structured in a way that makes this easy to accomplish. Insentra makes this a reality. Our Partner only model means your clients get access to some of the best IT experts and you can rest easy knowing your business is in great hands. We act as an extension to your team and never transact directly with any end user clients. In fact, if we find a new opportunity we will bring it to you regardless if you use our service or not.

What do you love about your role? 

Everything – I absolutely love what I do and the people I get to do it with.  I love adding value to partners, customers and team members and enjoy positively influencing the future of our business, the industry, the people I work with and their families.

What do you love about your business?

Being able to provide significant value in a unique way to partners in the America’s region gives me great joy. As an example, we have a service (Predictive Insights and Analytics) which provides insights to end user’s IT environments and measurable end user experience so they can make better and more cost effective decisions. Seeing the results we have been achieving excites me as I know we are making a difference.

What’s unique about your business compared to the rest of the market? 

Truly partner focused and in fact, exclusively partner focused – we say we are Partner Obsessed.  We fill very specific gaps that exist in the end user community to deliver exceptional service and gaps within the partner community that make it challenging for them to grow AND deliver strategic value.

What does #PARTNEROBSESSED mean to you?

Our job is to add value to our Partners, period.  Obsession with that goal is what has led us to create the solutions we deliver and brings our partners back for more. Insentra has been in operation for over 8 years and has offices in Australia, the UK, New Zealand and America. Since the beginning we dared to do things differently and we are proud to have done so. Many people didn’t think we would stick with the model but with each year we are even more committed as we know it’s a great way to do business.

How do you HITACES? 

Being myself and finding other professionals that are inherently honest, value their own integrity and are trustworthy.  Accountability, Celebration, Efficiency and Service Excellence can all be taught and learned.

Why Insentra? 

The vision is key but it’s always about the people at the end of the day.  I now work with some of the most phenomenal people I’ve ever had the pleasure to be associated with and that itself is incredibly rewarding.

What are your hobbies?

I have a few, but in order of preference; Dirt Bike/MX Riding, Mountain Biking, Snowboarding, Music (Guitar) and finally from my childhood through to now – Animation (characters, scenes, movies)

Understanding how information is created and managed from inception to archive or deletion is critical to ensuring an organisation is not exposed to security and/or compliance risk. From initial discovery through visibility and into strategic direction on the information highway, our security practice is your go-to for cyber risk management.

What do you love about your role?

Not all information is created equal, each day I am faced with a new question or paradigm around cyber security and risk management/mitigation. Each day is a challenge, and with all the tools and resources at our disposal we are continually evolving and exceeding customer expectations. I love this challenge, doing what I love in the service of those who love what I do.

What do you love about your practice area?

The ever-moving Cyber Security landscape, you never know what the news will bring each day. The battlefield and lines are blurred, nobody is who they seem, who can you trust and how can you be sure that the next breach or attack will not come from the guy or girl sitting next to you. You can’t stand still you’ve got to keep moving, to keep momentum, to stay sharp and ahead.

What values do you and your team live by at work?

Be the best, be better than the person next to you, know your attacker or detractor, simply be the best.
Be accountable – own your outcome, objective, and always be ahead of the game, losing is not an option.
The big guys do not always fall the hardest.

Invested people that deliver the outcome over time – not just deliver a project or days to fix a problem (Big gun at a small problem)
