Insentra ranks 4th in the 2017 Best Places to Work Study

Insentra is proud to announce we have placed 4th in the 2017 Best Places to Work Australia, under 100 employees.

The tenth annual list of great places to work in Australia is based on surveys of close to 60,956 employees from 150 companies, which were conducted between October 2016 and July 2017, as well as an evaluation of the employers’ policies and procedures by Great Places to Work Australia.

According to Zrinka Lovrencic, MD of Great Place to Work Australia, being a great workplace is no longer seen as ‘nice to have’; today it is imperative to business vitality and success. The leaders at the 50 Best Places to Work know what is good for their workplace is good for their business, and that being a great workplace and having great employees leads to increased client retention, customer satisfaction, and in turn a healthier bottom line.

Insentra’s success, for the second year in a row, is a testament to the willpower and innovation to retain happy, engaged, loyal, high performing workforces during exciting, transformative and competitive times. A culture cultivated by Insentra CEO, Ronnie Altit.

“I empower people to do what they do, I trust them to do what they do, I enable them to do what they do,” Altit says. “Our team is always prioritised over our clients, because if we have a great team, then our clients will always be taken care in an exceptional way. Everyday we focus on how we can create an environment where our team can become better versions of themselves.”

Caring for each other is a big part of the Insentra culture. Meetings with three or more team members start by asking “how do you rate yourself on a personal level and on a business level”. Whilst there is no need to explain their rating, simply knowing that someone may not be feeling fantastic makes a difference. Firstly, the team know that they may need some extra support, and secondly, the team member appreciates their peers care for them and are there to be supportive.

As an organisation whose core value is One Team, One Dream, Insentra is proud to announce its ranking of 4th in the 2017 Best Places to Work Study.

“We are so excited to have improved on our 2016 ranking of 8th, and thank everyone in our wonderful organisation for their passion and dedication to making Insentra such a fantastic place to work!”
