Our Sales team is agile, high-performing, and committed to excellence. As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual who is passionate about developing a world-class career in B2B and Partner-to-Partner (P2P) sales.
This role offers significant variety and the opportunity to drive meaningful impact across our Australian business by maximising revenue opportunities through both existing and new clients, always in partnership with our valued ecosystem of technology and service partners. You will work closely with our Solution Managers and global teams to elevate client engagement, build strategic partner alliances, and accelerate growth through bundled, high-value service offerings.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own and achieve revenue targets, taking accountability for pipeline development and consistent execution across the sales cycle.
- Manage end-to-end sales engagements for mid-market to enterprise clients prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing long-term relationships.
- Strengthen partner relationships through joint go-to-market planning, co-selling initiatives, and bundling of complementary offerings.
- Utilise Challenger and BANT frameworks to uncover customer needs, align business challenges with solution value, and manage sales activity via CRM.
- Drive account expansion through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leading QBRs and executive steering sessions with both clients and partners.
- Develop compelling proposals that incorporate strategic incentives such as AI enablement sprints, Copilot readiness assessments, or Zero Trust evaluations to drive urgency and scalable engagements.
- Create persuasive sales content using generative AI and video platforms including tailored outreach messages and success story collateral that accelerates “yes.”

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Client Impact: Clients achieve tangible outcomes such as improved M365 security posture and enhanced productivity through Copilot.
- Revenue Achievement: Consistently exceed quarterly revenue targets through new client acquisitions and service expansions.
- Partner Collaboration: Establish strong co-sell relationships with partners, leading to increased joint opportunities.
- Sales Excellence: Maintain high-quality pipeline management with accurate forecasting and deep qualification aligned to BANT and Challenger models.
- Innovative Offerings: Develop and deliver compelling offers that convert, leveraging Insentra’s unique service offerings.
- Trusted Advisor: Become the go-to sales lead for partners and clients, providing strategic insights and building long-term relationships.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5+ years of high-performance B2B sales experience in IT services.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets or quotas and grow accounts.
- Strong background in selling Microsoft Modern Work, Security, or Cloud solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft Partner ecosystem, including Solution Partner Designations and Advanced Specialisations.
- Familiarity with Challenger Sales, StoryBrand, BANT, and video-based prospecting techniques.
