This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong interest in Microsoft’s Modern Work, Security, and AI capabilities particularly in how these technologies can be brought to life for clients through professional and managed services delivered via our partner ecosystem.
The Role at a Glance
You will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth by identifying and expanding opportunities within both existing client portfolios and new partner-led engagements. Acting as a key connector between clients, partners, executives, and our global Sales, Professional, and Managed Services teams, you’ll help drive increased client value and service excellence across our Australian business.
Success in this role requires the ability to:
- Craft and communicate compelling, value-driven solutions aligned to client business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, service delivery, and executive teams to develop and grow pipeline opportunities.
- Understand and position Insentra’s portfolio of Microsoft-aligned solutions, including Copilot Readiness, Modern Work and Security specializations, and Generative AI enablement offerings.
- Contribute to the design of scalable service offerings and go-to-market strategies that resonate with partner and client needs.
- Drive consistent growth by identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within managed and professional services engagements.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- High client conversion from presales to delivery
- Positive client feedback on clarity, impact, and value of proposed solutions
- Increase in adoption of strategic offerings (e.g., UXaaS, AI Sprint, DWF)
- Sales team enablement through repeatable offer templates

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years in a Senior pre-sale, Senior solution architect, or Senior/Principal consulting role
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, Azure, Security & Compliance
- Familiar with Microsoft Partner ecosystem and solution designations
- Exceptional presentation and proposal writing skills
- Experience with Generative AI with user adoption strategies preferred
- Solid understanding of CRM systems and pipeline management
