Key Insight - Responsible for Service Desk UK Shift Leadership. Provides intermediate to advanced technical support to Insentra crew, partners and clients.
John is responsible for a smooth Service Desk production during UK hours. He serve as an escalation point and mentor for the Service Desk Engineer when the issue requires intermediate to advanced troubleshooting. He provide intermediate to advanced solution support for M365, Networking, Virtualisation, Storage, Server Infrastructure, Desktop Management Windows 7 and 10, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Citrix Infrastructure. John joined the Insentra train as a Service Desk Engineer last 2020 and was promoted to Service Desk Engineer II/UK Shift Lead after a year. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies/TV series, cooking, and taking road trips mostly to beaches.
