Hannah is a service desk engineer within the Insentra’s Enhanced Support Services (ESS) team supporting 1st and 2nd level technical support to the partners across the globe maintaining great customer service experience and deliver exceptional outcomes.

For the past 9 years, Hannah has a very broad experience in different industries, including retail, customer service, sales, electrical field engineering, financial, and information technology. On top of these, she grew up more within the IT field. With her is 5 years of  IT professionalism, from local to global multinational clients across industries of travel, retail, financial and technology sectors.

Aside from her IT career, Hannah is a businesswoman, a mother and traveller. You might be able to meet her halfway on her travel journeys with her son around Philippines and the world.
