As a Service Desk Engineer for Insentra ESS, Ferdinand is primarily responsible for 1st and 2nd line support to the crew, partners, and clients across the globe, primarily; AU, UK,US. Collaboration with the whole Enhanced Support Services (ESS) team including the senior engineers is maintained for a greater customer service experience.

Ferdinand has worked in the IT industry since 2014. Prior to joining Insentra, Ferdinand worked as a subject matter expert for a large global organization where he employed his laser focus and dedication to exceptional customer support. His skills reside around M365, Azure and SharePoint administration.
