Key Insight - I manage the IGEL deals in CRM. My role is to create leads, generate quotes and answer enquiries from partners, process purchase orders with vendor, close deals in CRM and generate the invoice. I also help the managed services and professional services team in managing small deals in CRM.
In my previous role as a Sales Manager, I successfully achieved sales goals, evaluated team performance, set key performance indicators (KPIs), created incentives, developed sales strategies, managed staffing, coached the sales team, resolved problems, and facilitated communication. One of my significant contributions to my previous company was implementing a sales process that significantly improved the close rate of global sales teams.
