Key Insight - Citrix Technology Professional (CTP) within Modern Workplace.
A Solution Architect within our Modern Workplace practice, James is responsible for the technical design, implementation and optimisation of leading desktop virtualisation solutions, specialising in Citrix Cloud, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop and related supporting components.

James holds nearly 15 years’ experience with expertise across the Citrix, Microsoft, VMware, mobility and EUC portfolios. He brings broad knowledge and expertise in both remoting platforms, as well as modern management aligned to the Microsoft portfolio of solutions.

A highly motivated and results orientated Architect who takes pride in the solutions he delivers, James has a proven track record of providing excellent levels of service to a wide range of customers across many industry verticals including government, legal, retail, health, property and development.

Prior to joining Insentra, James consulted for several professional services providers in Australia implementing multiple solutions throughout the region and spent a significant amount of time leading projects and infrastructure teams.

James has a young family, and enjoys solutions that directly benefit the everyday lives of customers. An avid believer in community, James is a co-leader of the Sydney CUGC group and can be found regularly around online communities.
