For customers who are engaged with Insentra through Microsoft, Insentra shall adhere to the Microsoft Privacy Statement, which can be located here. Microsoft will pass information to Insentra required for the delivery of services by Insentra on behalf of Microsoft. This information is subject to privacy regulation and shall be handled by Insentra as such. Information is passed to Insentra by Microsoft with the consent of the data subject (should Insentra be required to collect information from data subjects, it shall adhere to the Microsoft Policy indicated above).
In any case, and with all communication and data collection performed by Insentra, it is stated that by submitting the details, the data subject provided consent by sharing the information. Data subjects have the right to withdraw consent at any time and can do so using this form.

- Business email address, featuring the domain of your organisation – this information underpins how we work with you. It’s what identifies you as an individual and it also identifies the organisation you work for. We never collect personal email addresses for you
- First name and last name (often inherent in email address) – we need to know how to address you. Ask us to call you anything you like!
- Job Title – We only collect/process this data if you or another member of your team, such as your Line Manager, actively give it to us. This is not critical data for us to hold but it certainly helps us understand the field in which you work, how you’re likely to interact with customer projects, and how we can best support you in your role
- Time zone – We only collect/process this data if you actively give it to us. This helps us align with your working day and know when to contact you (Webinars, support hours etc.)
- Profile Picture – We only collect/process this data if you actively give it to us. It only exists in our CRM system and we don’t use it for any specific purpose other than to better understand who we’re working with and put a face to the name
- Country – We only collect/process this data against your individual profile if you give it to us
- Phone Number – We only collect/process this data if you give it to us. It’s used to communicate with you via telephone
- Skype – We only collect/process this data if you give it to us. It’s used to communicate with you via Skype
- Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to the website we may automatically collect the following information:
- technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;
- information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from the website (including date and time); products you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call the customer service number.

We are also working closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical and delivery services, analytics providers, search information providers) and may receive information about you from them.
The collection of sensitive information is restricted by Privacy Act/s in the regions we operate in.
How do we hold personal information?
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Where we transfer data outside of the EEA we will always ensure that we are complying with EU Data Protection legislation including ensuring that your data is handled by Safe-Harbour Certified providers. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Access to and correction of personal information
As part of the Privacy Act changes and GDPR, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you. You can also ask for corrections to be made or completely delete the information we have. To do so, please contact us using this form and submit a request. After receiving a request, as long as We do not require retention of any or all of the information specified under grounds of Legitimate Business Interest (such as for accounting purposes), we will contact you within 72 hours to verify your details. Once verified, we will action your request, permanently delete your record and all data associated with it or make the required changes, within 30 days of receiving the request. If the request requires further clarification or cannot be fulfilled in full, we will notify you, again within 30 days of receiving the request.

- Right to rectification – You can request that we edit any information at any time. There is no fee for requesting that your personal information is corrected or for us to make corrections
- Right to be forgotten – In order to forget you, Insentra will no longer be able to maintain your access to any of its systems or communications with you

We disclose information, including Personal Data we collect from and/or about you, to our trusted service providers, business partners, affiliates, subcontractors, who use such information to: (1) help us provide you with the Site and/or Software; and (2) aid in their understanding of how users are using our Site and/or Software.

Data retention
Subject to applicable law, we retain information as necessary for the purposes set forth above. How we handle Privacy concern complaints or Data breach
We will report any unauthorised data breach of our administrative database or the database(s) of any of our third-party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been copied or removed as per our legal obligation of the Mandatory Breach Notification.
