In this episode of The Download, Ronnie is joined by EFEX Sales Director Andrew Herrmann. EFEX is a managed services company specialising in print and Voice and Data. During the 4 years of EFEXs life, Andrew has grown his sales team from 2 to 14. Before EFEX he spent his early days as a cyclist, racing and competing throughout Australia and internationally. This has given him a unique understanding of how to compete as a team in what is considered a very individual sport, not too dissimilar from the sales world.
