If you could indulge me for a moment, last month I attended the ARN Industry awards. This night was important in so many ways, but what stood out the most for me was the importance everyone was placing on the value of Partnering. Insentra started because we believed the channel needed an option to do business differently. We have always believed the success of the channel comes down to collaboration rather than competition and partnering rather than contracting as opposed to selling the next big thing in the absence of relationships. I was fortunate enough to be inducted into the IT Industry Hall of Fame for my work in the channel and this further reinforced our vision from almost 8 years ago – if we want to create something truly amazing we must Partner with a capital P.
This edition is focused on what it means to be Partner Obsessed and provides pearls of wisdom from industry greats such as Susan Searle and Citrix ANZ MD Les Williamson (who shares a unique way of getting rid of email – one to be watched). Also, check out the Director’s Cut where Steve and Itzik outline what it means to be truly Partner Obsessed.
