Hi Everyone,<\/p>\n

This month\u2019s Insentragram is an interesting one with a number of focus areas (causing our marketing team grief in working out what to title the edition) yet this diversity of topics is reflective of what is happening in the channel. In this month\u2019s edition we will be focussing on areas such as migrations, security and a wrap up of Microsoft Inpsire.<\/p>\n

I was fortunate to spend time with a number of our partners in Oz the US and the UK through July thanks to Microsoft Inspire and the amazing ARN Edge conferences and one consistent discussion was the breaking down of silos. Organisations are no longer looking for single solutions or technology needs; rather, they are looking for a total solution where IT simply works and they want to ensure it delivers what it promises whilst ensuring a tremendous end-user experience.<\/p>\n

As the market shifts, it is important for Insentra to move too \u2013 ideally ahead of the curve.\u00a0 One such move is us changing our go-to market approach. Of course, nothing changes with our Partner Obsessed 100% channel delivery model, but over the coming months, you are going to see a very different go to market message focusing on what the channel really needs \u2013 solutions.<\/p>\n

Security is the number 1 or 2 boardroom topics and accordingly for the channel and no client conversation happens without a security component (did someone say cloud?). We have recently partnered up with Skybox\u2122 Security, a global leader in cybersecurity management which will see our crew bringing professional services capabilities to Skybox Partners in Australia and New Zealand increasing value for their customers (look out for my interview with Skybox CEO Gidi Cohen).<\/p>\n

It doesn\u2019t stop there with Skybox as we welcome back Gerry Sillars to\u00a0<\/span>The Download<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>and in true Gerry form, make sure you watch to the end as he has another joke for us. Gerry is now responsible for Skybox in the Asia Pacific region and it is wonderful to be working with him again.<\/p>\n

We also have a big announcement from another of our vendors \u2013 Ziften. This announcement is hot off the press so make sure you read it\u00a0<\/span>here<\/a>. As part of the announcement, we welcome Ziften\u2019s new CEO, Mike Hamilton who shares his insights on the security market in his appearance on The Download.<\/p>\n

Samer Haque is featured as part of the ongoing ____IT series this month. As the Insentra Migrations lead in the APAC region Samer\u2019s love for everything team, is a big part of the reason he is one of our longest-serving crew members. You\u2019ll get to know Samer, and two more crew members in this month\u2019s Insentragram as Hugh Roberts and Ben Herrington open up about life and what makes them tick in two candid interviews.<\/p>\n

Ben features twice in this month\u2019s Insentragram as he provides us a wrap of Microsoft Inspire 2018. Ben made the most of those 5 days in the desert and is more than qualified to break down the week that was from the Corenote (a new word thanks to Microsoft) \u00a0to the Casino.<\/p>\n
