Our Microsoft 365 Practice is growing at a rapid pace and as such you will be a vital addition to the team.  This role is for someone who loves variety and is passionate about growing a career as a world-class M365 SharePoint Architect working with some of Australia’s largest organizations.

We are seeking SharePoint Architect to drive Advisory led project delivery and presa harePoint Architect to drive Advisory led project delivery and presales engagements for our key customers which includes SharePoi les engagements for our key customers which includes SharePoint Online, Information Architecture & Governance, Power Automate and Teams.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Identify, Advise and drive end to end project delivery including design, architecture, technical reviews and technical project governance
  • Consult and Advice complete solutions across SharePoint, Power Platform, Information Management and Governance
  • Facilitate design workshops, develop solution roadmap, estimate the technical deliverables and documentation
  • Designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting all components of the SharePoint Online / SharePoint OnPrem systems including all related applications and services for our customers
  • Assisting customers in their adoption of Microsoft 365 by providing guidance, both consultancy and support to customers across Microsoft’s frontline applications
  • Creating solutions within Microsoft Lists and/or Apps and the ability to accommodate custom configurations and integration with other Microsoft 365 applications
  • Developing solutions to leverage and integrate with the Power Platform (appropriate to skillset)
  • Contribute to extending our internal knowledge base and supporting the wider business in our growth strategy
  • Identifying new opportunities in when engaged in project with clients

Ultimately, you will help our Microsoft 365 Practice achieve its immediate and long-term business goals in Australia, the UK, and the USA. This role reports to the Service Excellence Manager.


  • Information Architecture and Governance
  • Development of Intranet and Extranet portals using SharePoint
  • Facilitating the design and planning workshops
  • Working on the presales documentation and estimation with the Advisory team and Solution Architects
  • General development and integration across SharePoint and the wider M365 ecosystem (appropriate to skillset)
  • Working on implementation of AvePoint project suits such as AvePoint Governance, Records Management, Migration tools
  • Aggregation of data for use in reporting and the integration with Power BI
  • Facilitating discovery, design, and assessment workshops with customers
  • Providing technical guidance and solutions on Microsoft 365 and related products
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers at all levels of the organization
  • Keeping up to date in the extremely fast-paced world of Microsoft 365
  • Working with customers on their adoption of Microsoft 365
  • Helping customers define a Microsoft 365 roadmap


  • Prior experience as a senior consultant, architect across SharePoint and Power platform projects
  • Experience in leading the technical delivery of the project; including presales roles, technical estimation, solution planning.
  • Proven ability to identify and drive strategic programs from inception to launch in collaborative, team-oriented, and often ambiguous environments.
  • Previous implementation experience with information architecture, lifecycle management, and governance policies in M365, SharePoint on-prem and hybrid environments
  • Experience in implementing large transformation and migration projects across SharePoint, Teams, One Drive
  • Knowledge of overall M365 stack including governance, Information Management & security
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the functional and technical aspects of the Microsoft 365 Frontline applications (SharePoint, Lists, MS Teams, One Drive)
  • Information Management and knowledge of Information maturity levels with a willingness to perform business analysis tasks to support the overall solution goals
  • Highly desirable technical skills
    • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps)
    • Azure technologies
    • Data / File Migrations
    • Leveraging JavaScript for custom form logic
    • Integration (consuming REST, WCF or Other APIs)
    • Knowledge and technical aptitude for Microsoft 365 and security portfolio
