He started his career as a desktop administrator and worked his way up to system administration and continuously striving to learn modern technologies.He has worked supporting different platforms such as Citrix, Windows servers, office 365, and recently as Cloud administrator/ Shared services Tech Team Lead.As Service Desk Engineer III for Insentra, Jayson is responsible for creating value for clients that will help preserve the organisations reputation and business by being proactive and responsive to events and monitoring alerts.
