Is it too late to wish you a Happy New Year? Well.. either way Happy New Year!!<\/p>\n
2018 has certainly started with a bang and its crazy to think we are already a month in. This time of year is always a great time to review the year that was, evaluate lessons learned and predict (aka guess) what the new year will bring. I always use this time of year to take some quality time out of the business (this year\u2019s adventure is in Japan) to think about and plan the future of Insentra and how we can bring more solutions and a higher quality service to our partners and their clients.<\/p>\n
In keeping with this, this month\u2019s edition is all about \u2018what we\u00a0<\/span>haven\u2019t<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>seen for 2018\u2019 and we are sharing the thoughts of each of our Practice Managers about what they are expecting for this year. Lee Foster discusses all things Security, Thomas Ludbrook shares what\u2019s hot in Cloud and Collaboration and Gary Cohen will share his thoughts on Managed Services.<\/p>\n We have an exciting year of growth ahead at Insentra and are pleased to welcome our new Head of Partner Managed Services \u2013 Matt Kaplan who brings extensive experience in managing complex client Delivery programs and a passion for service excellence. Be sure to watch Matt on this month\u2019s The Download. As I mentioned last month, the feedback on The Download has been stellar \u2013 but with a new year our Marketing team is wanting to take it to the next level.
