Imagine a world where kids were healthy and did not need to be away from their families and friends due to hospital visits or stays!
Imagine a world where kids have every opportunity to be the best version of themselves!<\/p>\n
They don\u2019t wake up with a smile on their face that they cannot beam, laugh and explore their universe. Some children don\u2019t have the basics, they don\u2019t have a hot meal or even a meal at all. Some kids don\u2019t have a warm bed at night let alone a kiss goodnight and a story. Well we want to make a difference, we want to help and have a positive impact on as many kids as possible, so at Insentra we are coming together to raise money with the Starlight Foundation for these kids who need their lives brightening<\/p>\n
We are asking our friends, our family and our partners to help us make a difference.<\/p>\n
As part of the wider Insentra community this is our opportunity to give \u201can incredible gift of hope during tough times\u201d<\/p>\n

Kick for Kids is a fun soccer tournament for companies which helps to bring joy and laughter to sick children across Australia.<\/p>\n
The tournament will take place on Friday 13th October at Wentworth Park, Sydney.<\/p>\n
6-a-side teams take part in a social round-robin style tournament which facilitates team building, networking with other companies and fundraising for sick kids.<\/p>\n
Starlight\u2019s mission is \u201cTo brighten the lives of seriously ill children and their families\u201d.<\/p>\n
Because sick kids are still kids at heart\u2026<\/p>\n
When a once-bright life becomes dulled by needles, hospital visits and painful treatments, Starlight helps sick kids forget their illness and re-discover the joy of childhood.<\/p>\n
We know there\u2019s more to treatment than medicine. That\u2019s why since 1988, we\u2019ve partnered with Australian health professionals to develop programs based on positive psychology principles that support the \u2018total care\u2019 of our children and teens.<\/p>\n
Like the young people in our care, we are distinctly Australian. Our unique programs are the result of extensive research and respond to the specific needs of Aussie kids and teens.<\/p>\n
We know what kids and their families are facing when serious illness or injury consumes their lives.<\/p>\n
We disrupt the relentless cycle of pain and trauma and offer a welcome break so that sick kids can simply be kids.<\/p>\n
