Our Microsoft 365 Practice is growing at a rapid pace and as such you will be a vital addition to the team.  This role is for someone who loves variety and is passionate about growing a career as a world-class M365 SharePoint Consultant working with some of Australia’s largest organisations.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting all components of the SharePoint Online / SharePoint OnPrem systems including all related applications and services for our customers
  • Developing and maintaining SharePoint webparts, custom applications and integration with other Microsoft 365 applications
  • Assisting customers in their adoption of Microsoft 365 by providing guidance, both consultancy and support to customers across Microsoft’s frontline applications
  • Creating solutions within Microsoft Lists and/or Apps and the ability to accommodate custom configurations and integration with other Microsoft 365 applications
  • Developing solutions to leverage and integrate with the Power Platform (appropriate to skillset)
  • Contribute to extending our internal knowledge base and supporting the wider business in our growth strategy
  • Identifying new opportunities in when engaged in project with clients

Ultimately, you will help our Microsoft 365 Practice achieve its immediate and long-term business goals in Australia, the UK, and the USA. This role reports to the Service Excellence Manager.


  • Information Architecture and Governance
  • Development of Intranet and Extranet portals using SharePoint
  • General development and integration across SharePoint and the wider M365 ecosystem (appropriate to skillset)
  • Facilitating discovery, design, and assessment workshops with customers
  • Providing technical guidance and solutions on Microsoft 365 and related products
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers at all levels of the organisation
  • Keeping up to date in the extremely fast-paced world of Microsoft 365
  • Working with customers on their adoption of Microsoft 365
  • Helping customers define a Microsoft 365 roadmap


  • Minimum 4 years of experience designing and deploying Microsoft 365 services and technologies
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the functional and technical aspects of the Microsoft 365 Frontline applications (SharePoint, Lists, MS Teams, One Drive)
  • Experienced in developing / configuration solutions within SharePoint Online with expert knowledge of building page layouts and content types using the Graph API
  • Interface design skills to create designs that are not only attractive but intuitive for the end-user
  • Information Management and knowledge of Information maturity levels with a willingness to perform business analysis tasks to support the overall solution goals
  • Sufficient knowledge and skill to configure workflows at a basic level i.e., leveraging and modifying existing templates and integrating these into the solution
  • Have proven experience across all project phases and the demonstrated technical ability to design, co-ordinate and put solutions into practice
  • Proven ability to identify and drive strategic programs from inception to launch and thrives in collaborative, team-oriented, and ambiguous environments.
  • Highly experienced in SharePoint development
    • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, Json, ASP.Net, SQL Server and web services
    • Workflows (e.g., Power Automate, Flow)
    • Scripting / Integration (e.g., PowerShell / PnP)
