Graduated as an Electronics and Communications engineer, after which I started as a customer service / technical support both in the Philippines and in Singapore for various international clients such as American Express, Dell & Mercer. Then had move onto the IT industry gaining 5 years of experience as a Service Desk Specialist for Civica Singapore and Canon PH prior to working with Insentra as a Service Desk Engineer.

Outside work, I enjoy traveling to both local and international destinations and trying out different cuisines with my family. I also enjoy playing with my daughter and son in my free time. I collect and sell sneakers as a hobby.
