In my last blog I spoke about my role as the Customer Success Manager for Microsoft FastTrack \u2013 I\u2019m like a waiter in a restaurant (see\u00a0<\/span>recap<\/a>). What I didn\u2019t mention is that internally in the business, my role is very similar\u00a0\u2013\u00a0I\u00a0am\u00a0a member of a team and my\u00a0team\u2019s success is also my success! #OTOD<\/p>\n

My Challenge<\/span><\/h3>\n

How\u00a0can I be\u00a0a\u00a0part of a\u00a0team if I\u2019m, say, away on holidays?<\/p>\n

Easter\u00a0break\u00a0(now over)\u00a0\u2013\u00a0was\u00a0perfect time to take some time off! But what is the best way to do it? I mean, yes,\u00a0I applied for leave and\u00a0\u2026\u00a0well,\u00a0is that\u00a0It?<\/p>\n

During\u00a0my holiday\u00a0break\u00a0I\u2019d\u00a0like to stay in contact with my colleagues by sharing my good moments (like my food pictures)\u00a0and\u00a0help\u00a0with\u00a0urgent\u00a0work\u00a0needs.\u00a0What is the best way of doing this?<\/p>\n

Virtual Presence<\/span><\/h3>\n

Much like Dr Sheldon Cooper\u00a0when\u00a0creating his virtual presence, I too,\u00a0want to create my very own virtual presence so that everyone not only knows where I am but\u00a0can also\u00a0get in touch\u00a0when they need to.<\/p>\n
