(TTGI), a Canadian technology as a service provider, has&nbsp;entered into&nbsp;a proposal to&nbsp;acquire&nbsp;Insentra&nbsp;for up to C$15 million. This development reinforces a shared commitment to a stronger global channel ecosystem and delivers clear benefits for&nbsp;Insentra&nbsp;partners and the clients they support.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proposed consideration includes C$5.7 million in cash and shares, alongside performance based earn out payments of up to C$7.25 million across the two&nbsp;financial years&nbsp;following completion. An&nbsp;additional&nbsp;C$2 million may be paid for exceeding performance targets.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2010 in Sydney by Ronnie Altit, Itzik Gur and Steven Boi,&nbsp;Insentra&nbsp;has built its reputation around a partner obsessed philosophy. This foundation will continue to guide the combined organisation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turnium, headquartered in Vancouver, began as&nbsp;Multapplied&nbsp;Networks in 2012 with a focus on SD WAN software. It has since expanded into a complete TaaS offering, including partner enablement platforms driven by AI.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the transaction is completed, the combined group will consist of about 150 team members worldwide.&nbsp;Ronnie&nbsp;Altit will become global head of sales and&nbsp;marketing,&nbsp;Steven&nbsp;Boi will become global head of product sales and&nbsp;Itzik&nbsp;Gur will take on the role of CISO.&nbsp;Insentra\u2019s&nbsp;people first culture will remain a core part of the broader organisation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turnium&nbsp;global CEO Doug Childress said the acquisition aligns with the company\u2019s growth plans and is expected to significantly expand the reach and capability of the combined team.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ronnie&nbsp;Altit said the proposal strengthens the value&nbsp;Insentra&nbsp;brings to partners across the globe, while preserving its commitment to being one hundred per cent channel only.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What this means for&nbsp;Insentra&nbsp;partners<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This proposal is designed to provide meaningful,&nbsp;immediate&nbsp;and&nbsp;long-term&nbsp;benefits for&nbsp;Insentra&nbsp;partners.
