Where we talk to brew first and then we get around to the business, that\u2019s the fact. I\u2019m Robert Buktenica, also known as Buck.&nbsp; Tonight on the show, once again, to continue the FastTrack series is Hambik, where we\u2019re going to answer what is in scope and what you can expect from an engagement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hambik, welcome back, buddy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hambik Matvosian<\/strong>: Thanks again for having me back again, Buck. Always enjoy your company, so looking forward to this session.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Robert: Exactly, and let\u2019s be real here, you only care cause you get that list of brews to try out when you finally hit the hidden shores.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hambik<\/strong>: I\u2019m not going to lie, absolutely. Given the time differences, I just put that into the bank till next time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hlight2\">The Brew<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Robert<\/strong>: Exactly, so you know the drill on the brews, what are you having with me?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hambik<\/strong>: Considering it\u2019s almost 10:00 a.m. here in Sydney, I\u2019m on my probably my seventh shot cup of coffee already, so that\u2019s what I\u2019m having today.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Robert<\/strong>: Better fair, hey, if that\u2019s your brew, I\u2019ll take it, and that\u2019s a popular brew at that. I am having a\u2013 this one\u2019s way more standard German Paulaner Hefe-weizen, there you go, from Munich. I drink a lot of this when I visited Munich, so it\u2019s nice to have a little refresher.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hambik<\/strong>: That\u2019s at the bank.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Robert<\/strong>: Exactly, Augustiner, in my opinion, is my favorite. However, Paulaner is pretty good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hlight3\">What is in scope\/included for FastTrack?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Robert: <\/strong>Now, getting to it, what is in scope, slash is included for FastTrack?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hambik: Right, so when an organisation comes across our queue consultants, like myself, when they get engaged, we generally provide customers with all the remote guidance around getting them onboard to the M365 service. We provide them or we can conduct technical workshops, business enablement workshops. We provide resources, now whether that be straight publicly available resources through Microsoft, or whether it be FastTrack developed specific resources that we can help with, that we can provide.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s also some deployment wizards that Microsoft has recently made available through to customers accessible from their admin center. That\u2019s just generally a followed up bouncy ball type wizard to take them through the onboarding of that specific workload.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideally, it\u2019s not just providing the resources and telling the customer to go digest and come back to us with questions. We\u2019ll still follow up with additional sessions once we sent through all the documentation, just to make sure they\u2019ve understood what we\u2019ve sent through, the specific points within the documents that they need to focus on.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Providing them as much guidance so they don\u2019t feel that we\u2019re just dumping them with a whole bunch of material and have to try and digest the ball on their own.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Robert<\/strong>: Right, for sure. Nothing worse than that, \u201cHere you go,\u201d and then you walk away.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hambik<\/strong>: Exactly, I mean it\u2019s a lot of material, it\u2019s a lot of words. Just helping them sort of understand where the focus needs to be.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Robert<\/strong>: Exactly, and we all know words are hard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"hlight4\">What can organisations expect from a typical FastTrack engagement?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Robert:<\/strong> With that, a typical FastTrack engagement, what can organisations expect from one?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hambik<\/strong>: Truly what we do is, outside of the workshops that we scheduled, we\u2019ll set up a regular cadence with the customer. Now depending on timelines for the customers\u2019 timelines, that could be a weekly call or a fortnightly call.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We treat it just as a touch point to see how things have been progressing, discussing the challenges the customer may have faced during that week. And we kind of provide them, I guess you could call homework, to say, \u201cMake sure you do these tasks that we said.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We go through the various phases that we\u2019re at through the FastTrack journey, and sort of just to have that open forum where the customer can ask any questions they have, give us their status update so then we can work out what the next steps look like.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s not necessarily for customers got no updates because other priorities have taken over that week or that fortnight. We can always postpone, but it\u2019s just to have that ongoing communication so the customer knows that they\u2019re not alone throughout this journey.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Robert<\/strong>: Right, that touch base, that opportunity to ask dumb questions as it were.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hambik<\/strong>: No such things as dumb questions, but yeah.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Robert<\/strong>: I\u2019d say the only dumb question is the one asked. You were waiting for me to say something else, I know you are.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hambik<\/strong>: I\u2019m not saying anything.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Robert<\/strong>: And on that note, unfortunately, that does wrap up our time today.
