MIA \u2013 Terms of Service<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Welcome to MIA!<\/p>\n

By creating an account, clicking \u201cAccept\u201d, or using MIA, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.<\/p>\n

These Terms are written in plain English. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).<\/p>\n

1) Eligibility & Your Account<\/h2>\n

  • You must be 18 years or older to use MIA.<\/li>\n
  • Keep your password safe. You\u2019re responsible for all activity on your account.<\/li>\n
  • Your registration information must be accurate and up to date.<\/li>\n
  • If you use MIA for a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.<\/li>\n
  • Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2) Your Licence to Use MIA<\/h2>\n

    • We grant you a non\u2011exclusive, non\u2011transferable, revocable licence to use MIA for personal, non\u2011commercial use and for your internal business purposes, according to your chosen plan (Free or Pro).<\/li>\n
    • You must not: reverse engineer, copy, sell, rent, or modify MIA; bypass technical limits; remove notices; or use MIA in ways that break the law or these Terms.<\/li>\n
    • Some features are only available on paid plans. We may change or add features over time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3) Your Content & AI\u2011Generated Output<\/h2>\n

      Your Content (\u201cCustomer Data\u201d):<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • You own all content and data you provide to MIA.<\/li>\n
      • You give us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content only to provide and support the service.<\/li>\n
      • We do not use your Customer Data to train or improve our AI models. We may use de-identified, aggregated usage metrics to improve MIA and its features.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Output:<\/b><\/p>\n

          \n
        • You own the content MIA generates from your input (the \u201cOutput\u201d). To the extent we have any rights in Output, we grant you a non-exclusive, royalty free license to use the Output for your own purposes.<\/li>\n
        • Outputs may be similar to content generated for others. We do not guarantee uniqueness or that Output is free from third\u2011party rights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Usage Data & Improvements:<\/b><\/p>\n

          We may collect de\u2011identified usage metrics to improve MIA (for example, feature usage and performance). This data does not include your Customer Data.<\/p>\n

          Retention, Access & Deletion:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          You can export or delete your content via your account or by contacting support. If you close your account, we will delete or de\u2011identify your Customer Data within a reasonable time (generally within 30 days) unless we\u2019re required by law to keep it.<\/p>\n
