This role is for a recruitment specialist  who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment and is passionate about growing a career in the IT recruitment space. We are looking for someone who is positive, motivated and a self-starter.  

 You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding and assisting the Vibe team with events and delivering good vibes! Your main responsibilities include 

  • Working closely with our executive and leadership teams on all things recruitment throughout the USA, UK, Australia and more!  
  • Growing our employer brand  
  • Sourcing candidates from a variety of sources and ensuring a excellent recruitment process 

Ultimately, you will help us achieve our immediate and long-term Vibe and HR goals in Australia, UK, and the USA 

This role reports to the Vibe Manager.


  • Working closely with our executive and leadership teams on all things recruitment throughout the USA, UK, Australia and more!  
  • Crafting job posts with hiring managers to produce exciting descriptions  
  • Sourcing candidates and managing our recruitment pipelines  
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships within Insentra and in the market  
  • Using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, HRIS platforms and onboarding tools to attract talent and ensure documentation is all spick and spam. 
  • Write monthly blogs on culture, employee engagement and why Insentra is a great place to work 
  • Engaging on social media to promote working at Insentra  
  • Fostering OTOD (one team one dream)  
  • Regular reporting and analyzing trends to make decisions concerning our team and improve processes across the recruitment and onboarding  
  • Crew Wellness and Vibe activities – we have a mission to see our crew leave work healthier than when they arrived and you will be responsible for driving our Vibe Activities under the guidance of our Vibe Manager and Crew Talent Manager


  • 1-2 Years of recruitment experience – IT preferred but not required  
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or commerce.  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Solid administrative computer skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Adobe.
